In the meantime...I'm planning on launching a new pen name in the nearish future to correspond with my adult fiction and separate it from my academic publications and the YA portal fantasy series I wrote in high school. "MAI Murray" will still exist, I'll just be transferring some things over to a new profile, which I'll announce when I'm ready. I've also got a new title already selected for The Night Chemist, which I'll reveal along with the new pen name.

I put together a playlist that corresponds to the book to capture the vibes as the plot progresses. I refuse to use Spotify because its policies are horrendous for the actual *human* musicians on there, so instead I made the playlist in Apple Music. Which is only marginally better, but I do what I can. Also keep in mind...I'm a metalhead, so my definition of "vibes" might be a bit different than you expect for the average romantasy. But hey, there's a lot of Sleep Token.
